Internal shaping

The internal shaping of the flight-cases produced by McLore are made of foam materials (polyurethane and polyethylene).
The technologies used to produce these details are water-jet cutting, two-fluted milling, cast moulding, injection moulding and thermoforming.
The choice of the technological procedure is determined by the quantity of the lot to be produced, the type and weight of the material to be put inside and the protection degree.
The cad drawing is required for the shaping to be made.
